Do you find yourself short of time?

Do you want to go to the gym but are at a loss of how to programme exercises for a small amount of time?

Do you feel like you need someone there to push you and help show you what you can achieve in each workout?

Luckily we have the solution.

We are relaunching our classes, with new time slots and new programmes.

During these sessions we could get you doing resistance circuits, cardio circuits, body weight exercises, HIIT sessions or anything else that will push you and help you start to the see the results that you want. The thing that you can be sure of is that they will be fun and effective.

The classes will still be for only 4 people, ensuring that your coach will be able to personalise all the exercises to you and give you the support that you want throughout the class.

The best news is that all these classes will be included in your membership so you can do as many a week as you want to, as long as there are spaces.

Friday 09.30, 13.15 and 17.30
Saturday 10.00
