About Us at Switch Gym

We are a small friendly Gym right in the centre of Haywards Heath. Our goal is to help educate you in the best ways to exercise enabling you to achieve the maximum amount of results in the minimum amount of time.

With all the equipment that you could need and a dedicated team of coaches, we are able to offer a safe and clean environment in which to complete your own personalised programmes. You will be able to workout on your own, along side your dedicated personal trainer or join in our fun and friendly 30 minute small group training sessions which give you access to the best trainers for an intense workout at a fraction of the cost of personal training.

After years of working in private and council run facilities, Switch Gym’s creators decided that people deserved a well maintained, clean, quality gym that would not cost the earth every month. This concept became a reality in 2012 when we opened the doors and allowed our first members in.

Since that day we have grown into the exceptional gym with all the equipment and support that you could need to complete your workouts.

I have been working in the fitness industry for over 25 years as a personal trainer and as a fitness manager in both the public and private sector.  During this time I have gained extensive knowledge, continuously learning and experimenting with different methods of training and dieting.

I have worked with a diverse range of clients adopting an old school approach using time tested methods to achieve results.  By incorporating modern training principles I add variety to my sessions and aim to make my sessions fun and enjoyable whilst ensuring they are always focused on the end result.  I believe in not only training and coaching individuals but also educating them in order for bad habits to be broken and healthier habits adopted to both achieve goals and maintain results.
