Have you got the desire to change your fitness levels or improve your physique?       Are you lost as to where to start?

Have you thought about joining a gym but feel worried about not knowing what to do?    Looked in to personal training studios and found them far too expensive?

We have got the perfect solution for you!
Our small group training classes give you a wide base of knowledge in different exercises and training methods that you can then utilise in your own training programmes.  With groups of a maximum of 5 people you will have 30 minutes with a highly qualified coach who will take you through a workout designed to work all area’s of your fitness.  Whilst you are in a small group the plan can be tailored for each individuals needs, making them suitable for everyone.

There are 17 classes per week for you to choose from, giving you the expertise of your own personal trainer without the cost. You will also have the support of your fellow group members to help and encourage you through your workouts.

HIIT Class Times

We now offer High Intensity Interval Training classes, these are 30 minute classes designed to raise the heart rate and increase fat loss. They are limited to 4 people per session and run by a coach, and are the perfect addition to your fitness programme especially if you find finding time to exercise difficult.

The HIIT class times are as follows:

Monday – Friday

13.45 – 14.15

Saturday and Sunday

11.30 – 12.00 and 15.30 – 16.00
