I have just completed a 12 week coaching course with Chris at Switch Gym. My starting point was that I had had 3 very sociable months and just going to the gym a couple of times a week was not going to be enough to make the difference that I really did need. So, Chris worked out a programme for me that fitted in with my lifestyle and monitored me every two weeks. The result is amazing – I have lost about 8” from my chest, waist and hips combined – 3” of which was from around my waist which is what I really wanted. The programme along with Chris’s support was excellent – it gave me that extra bit of motivation and accountability to ensure success. Thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants to do something that makes a real difference.
